Classes
Week of 27 July 2026 · camp week 4. Unassigned sessions are flagged in red; rooms double-booked would appear the same way.
Reports
Not a wall of charts. Each report answers a question the studio actually asks, and ends in something you can do.

Settings
Everything the studio maintains itself — prices, plans, discounts, class times, policies and the wording of every message that goes out. None of it needs a developer.
Morning, Nina
Two things need you this week.
My children
Keep allergies and emergency details current — instructors see them on every roster. Every child needs a photo so staff can match a name to a face.
Schedule
Your weekly places are fixed for the term. Change one and we release it to the waitlist, so please only do that if you mean it.
Your day and time are your place for the term. If a different day would work better, call or message the studio and we will see what is possible.
Attendance & make-ups
Tell us at least 24 hours ahead and the class comes back to you as a make-up credit. Your child comes off that day\u2019s register straight away; a new place is confirmed by the studio, usually the same day.
Billing
Everything you are committed to, in plain numbers, before it is charged.
The studio never sees your full card number.
Thirty days notice. If you tell us today, your last charge is 1 August and Emma keeps her place until 31 August.
Documents
Everything you have signed, with the date you signed it. One needs your attention.
Messages
Private conversations with individual families. For studio-wide news use Announcements.
You started a studio to teach. Then came the registers, the invoices, the waitlist, the parent who needs Wednesday instead. Symplian takes the whole back office so you can get back to the room.
Everything the
studio runs on
Six areas, one platform. Not a booking widget bolted to an accounting package — a single system where a registration, a payment, a register and a waitlist offer all know about each other.

teaches on a schedule
What these businesses share matters more than what separates them. They all sell a recurring place to a child, run something different in the holidays, and lose their week to admin.
The same three doors, whatever you teach. Nobody sees more than their job needs.

What it
deliberately isn’t
Every one of these was a decision, not an oversight. Software that tries to be everything is how studios end up with a system nobody can use.
One account
for the whole family
A family tells you about their child once. Details, allergies and permissions carry into every class, camp and party they ever book — and every question they can answer themselves is a call your desk does not take.
